Morgan

"Came to us so late and left too soon" Never were truer words written than about this golden girl. Found wandering lost or abandoned with no identification on a remote road near Buchanan Dam. At near collapse Morgan was taken in by the Good Samaritans who found her. She was fed, sheltered, cared for and held until a foster home became available. Morgan tested nearly zero on thyroid levels which accounted for so much hair loss. Once she was put on meds for that condition she perked up and started regaining her coat. Morgan was then welcomed with love into a foster home to await her an adoptive home. However that was not to be. It was discovered shortly after arriving at her foster home that she had a tumor that was starting to cause her great pain so she was gently put to sleep. From the photo of her sweet face you can see that she was a gorgeous girl in days gone by and, had her fate been different, would have been once again. We can only take comfort in that Morgan left this world clean, fed, cared for and loved. Morgan's forever home is now in the hearts of all who knew her.
